The Birdie Club T&Cs

Quotes are provided on the basis that a booking is not confirmed until a deposit and a note accepting our Quote, Terms and Conditions are accepted by way of a Booking from the Hirer.

In the event of a booking, We will take a deposit of £100 to secure the date in question. The deposit will be not be refunded after 24hours of the original booking. The balance is payable 28 days before the hire.
Bookings received less than 28 days in advance of arrival will require to payment to be made in full.

Notice of cancellation of the booking by the hirer must be provided to the Birdie Club in writing no less than 28 days prior to delivery. Cancellation of less than 28 days prior to the booking will result in 100% of the hire charge being forfeited.

The Birdie Club does NOT accept liability for damage to the course or games or injury to players whilst in your care.

Children must be supervised at all times and the responsibility for the wellbeing of both guests and hired equipment will remain with the hirer.

The Birdie Club will maintain the rights to invoice for any damage done to the course or games and this will be documented in collection with photos of the damaged articles with an exact price to replace them. This will be sent out to you within 48 hours of collection.

Delivery and set up will take place before any guests arrive and collection shall take place no later than 8pm unless agreed upon beforehand. Delivery will cost £1 per mile.
